Site plan design and preparation of construction documents to combine class A office parks. The project objective is to create expansive view of office park by modifying the site to provide direct visibility of remote building from the main thoroughfare. Connector roadways; storm water management modification; landscape modification and enhancement. The property is a combined thirty (30) acre site.

Design of automatic security gates throughout the ten (10) acre site for added security to expansive parking; and upgrade existing sewer lines to facilitate this effective class A office towers. 

AIG Insurance Co.
Neptune NJ
Complete site engineering to accommodate 100,000 SF expansion to the existing 181 SF class A office building. Extensive storm water management design to include water quality; grading; landscaping; expand existing parking layout; obtain all municipal and state approvals.

EIC Associates, Inc.
Springfield, NJ  
Architectural design to renovate 30,000SF office building. Renovation work entails tenant fit-ups and total refurbishing of lobby, hallways, and bathrooms. Kwest will provide all design services for this facility starting with programming, design, and assistance during construction. To accomplish the clients goal of updating the 1960 structure the design incorporates dramatic lighting design and finishes in wood with aluminum accents for the walls for an elegant and functional office building. The renovated building was designed to be flexible and accommodate the tenants diverse businesses.

777 Office Plaza
Clifton, NJ
Architectural design for the renovation of a five (5) story, 75,000 SF office building.  For the first phase of the project Kwest was commissioned to prepare architectural plans to transform the common areas, update the lobby, and hallways with a design that “wows” its visitors and occupants. The client’s objectives will be accomplished by using elements of lighting, finishes, interior signage and interior landscape.

South Westchester Executive Park

Analyze existing and future parking impact on this 150-acre executive park. Site consists of several office buildings, post office facility, warehouses, office-flex buildings, hospital, restaurant and hotels.

Analyze existing roof structure; and design integrated support-to-support new roof top air conditioning units.

Pinnacle Estates
Lyndhurst, NJ
A small development of 3,200SF Townhouses consisting of 14 homes custom designed to go beyond the ordinary. The concept for the townhouses is to offer clients, who require an urban location, the enjoyment of a spacious home with light, comfort, and beauty of a high-end single-family house. The houses are designed for today’s fast paced lifestyle of a career person or couple.

The main design features are spacious open floor plans, contemporary exterior architecture, incorporation of technology for security, audio and visual systems and an extra studio/office space loft. Outdoor living areas are integrated into the home design. Re-designed storage in bathrooms and kitchens for efficient and organized areas is a featured priority in the house.
