Trevor O. Flowers, P.E., has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since its inception. Mr. Flowers is responsible for the strategic direction and long term planning for the company. Prior to forming Kwest, Mr. Flowers served as Department Head of Civil Engineering for a major engineering firm in New Jersey and was responsible for managing a professional staff of 17. He is a member of the American Society of Professional Engineers, and has served as President of New Jersey Institute of Technology’s Educational opportunity Advisory Board from 1991 to 1996; Mr. Flowers has served as President of the Caribbean Business Association from 1995 to 1997; Engineer’s New Record and the Jamaican Gleaner have interviewed Mr. Flowers regarding engineering and his assistance in motivating and attracting minorities to these technical professions. Mr. Flowers has a Bsc. in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and attends New York University Real Estate Institute. He holds professional engineering licenses in New Jersey, Delaware, Arizona, New York and Jamaica, W.I.

Amelia F. Vieira, A.I.A., has served as Executive Vice President of the company since its inception and is responsible for the day-to-day operation including project and property management; and development activities. Prior to joining Kwest, she was responsible for managing several construction projects in excess of $100 million and was responsible for the architectural design of several commercial projects that included historic renovations in urban areas, retail spaces and office interiors. Some of the known clientele that Ms. Vieira has performed these services for includes Burger King Restaurants, Shop-Rite Supermarket, New Jersey Transit and multi-family residential projects consisting of townhouses and condominiums. Ms. Vieira is a founding member of the Luso American Association of Architects and Engineers; a member of the American Institute of Architects,  and holds a BA in architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology. She is also a registered architect in the State of New Jersey.
