This fully staffed department includes a chief architect, a project architect and designers.  The services offered are comprehensive and can be modified per the client’s individual requirements.  The staff has extensive design experience in residential, corporate offices and tenant fit-ups, as well as commercial retail architecture and space planning.  Technical expertise and well-detailed drawings ensure that every project runs smoothly from time of initial client contact, planning board/submission through completion of construction.  The architecture department is also experienced in consulting with outside professional clients that solicit these services.

CIVIL/SITE ENGINEERING

GREEN BUILDING DESIGN (LEED AP CERTIFIED)

Kwest has positioned itself to lead the profession of Architecture and Engineering towards incorporating  green building design in our projects. With members of our staff being certified as  LEED AP we are prepared to facilitate the certification process of  existing or new buildings .  A  LEED rating certification   presents many added benefits  to our clients. It attracts a larger pool of clients concerned with environment issues, and provide our tenants with optimized energy performance and improved interior air quality which results in increased productivity.

At Kwest we are thinking green to protect our environment, and improve the comfort of our building’s  interior spaces where we live, work and play.
In addition to Green Building Design we provide guidance and advice regarding  energy  programs, subsidies and  funding available in the State of NJ

BUILDING INSPECTIONS

Kwest provides specialized  home and building  Inspections, Evaluations and Solutions for residential and commercial properties; and we offer added benefits that go “Beyond an Inspection Checklist”:

Our inspections provide the client with peace of mind by presenting a detailed Engineer’s report. Any building concerns that may become evident at time of inspections  will be addressed by a  Licensed  Professional Engineer eliminating the need to call a third party.

Kwest offers various options and clients can customize their inspection according to their specific objectives .

Inspection Reports can, at the customer’s request,  include recommendations in how to improve energy and water efficiency; and indoor air quality to improve the comfort and well being of the occupants.

Expense analysis and estimates of probable cost are available when a client is confronted with repair expenses or disputes.
